Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acb77 ("acb77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the acb77 online gaming platform accessible at acb77.bio. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. • Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the acb77 customer support team or any other player on the platform, whether through in-platform communications or any other channel.

Account Suspension and Termination

acb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or conduct that acb77 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, acb77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account, including any pending withdrawal amounts, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a balance is forfeited, acb77 will provide a written explanation upon request. A player who wishes to dispute an account closure may contact acb77 customer support to initiate a formal review.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a technical error or platform outage; loss of winnings due to game malfunction; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform; or any failure of a third-party payment provider to complete a transaction.

acb77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their acb77 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit acb77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. acb77 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. acb77 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process your transactions, verify your identity, or comply with applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

acb77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the acb77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
